Candice Hayden is the Founder & CEO of Epona Lifeworks. Epona Lifeworks delivers experiential learning that explores Personal Leadership and Transformation through equine assisted experiential learning as one of its major components. Candice is a member of the International Coach Federation (PCC pending).

Candice has been a certified horse specialist with the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA) for nearly 10 years and is completing her Equine Assisted Coach training and apprenticeship with Lisa Murrell, PCC. Lisa is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and Advanced Epona Approved Instructor, and founder of Professional Coaching Through the Way of the Horse. Equine Assisted Coaching is an integral training and experience paradigm based upon ICF Competencies and the Epona Approach.

Always a student , teacher, and lover of horses, Candice brings to her work the powerful concept of integrated insights as experienced through the horse/human relationship. As an artist, writer and amateur thespian, she brings with her a fun approach to experiential learning through the addition of art, journaling, music and role playing.
